Proof of financial resources for one year — EUR 11,904 at the 2025/26 rate (EUR 992/month). The figure is revised annually. A parental guarantee (Verpflichtungserklärung) is the main alternative.
Public insurer confirmation (TK, AOK or similar) for enrolled students; a travel policy covering the arrival gap is usually also requested.
